Movement, Mindfulness & Meditation is a somatic yoga class, incorporating gentle intuitive movement, breath work, mindfulness and meditation techniques to release stress and anxiety. 

This class is mat-based, but I do have many that choose to participate using a chair, so if you are not comfortable getting up and down from the floor and would like to join me, you are welcome to use a chair. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Kayleigh directly. 

Everyone is welcome, but this class would particularly suit those with Chronic Fatigue, ME, stress-related illness, persistent pain and inflammatory conditions (such as fibromyalgia or polymyalgia rheumatica) & those with chronic respiratory conditions, including Long Covid.

Easy access from Titchfield, Stubbington, Fareham and Whiteley

Plenty of free parking including accessible parking

Exclusive use of a modern venue in the heart of Locks Heath, with access to private outdoor area
