Statement
I offer the first in person class free. I am involved in helping create a better community. I try my best.
General Items
Please arrive 10 mins before the class is scheduled to start.
I ask that all customers are respectful of myself and of each other and I reserve the right to ask disrespectful people to leave our class without refund.
I can provide some yoga equipment by prior arrangement however you should bring your own mat or other equipment if you can.
As I am a small business, I cannot offer refunds or transfers of credit on class bookings.
If you arrive after the class start time I reserve the right to refuse you access to the class.
If I am required to change the class due to unforeseen circumstances, I will offer you a full and immediate refund.

I, Kayleigh Kavanagh, referred to thereafter as My JuJu Yoga reserve the right to alter and amend the timetable as needed, if we do this to a class you have booked you are entitled to a full refund or you are welcome to attend the rescheduled class without a refund.
All bookings must be paid for in advance.
Only one use of the free in person class code per customer.
We cannot offer refunds unless we have cancelled your class.
If you access and use our website or attend any of my classes, you accept and agree to my terms and conditions as outlined below:
Cancellations
If you are ever unable to attend please give us as much notice as you can (I know emergencies arise but a text is always appreciated).
Liability
All information on our website is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of going to press. Due to the way we process your bookings all dates, times and locations will be confirmed prior to you transferring payment. In the unlikely event of illness or cancellation on our part, you will be entitled to a full refund. We will always try to make alterative arrangements to the best of our ability, I do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including travel costs. It is the responsibility of each client to look after their own safety as My JuJu Yoga cannot be responsible for any injuries or illnesses which occur before, travelling to, during, or after, our sessions unless stated in British Law. We also cannot be responsible for any delays you occur during your travel, or any loss or damage to your items.
Payment Terms
If you access and use this website or my classes, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms. If you do not accept the Terms, do not book.
All booking is online and handled through the bookwhen platform. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Please see their respective websites for latest terms and conditions.
Internet/E-Mail
Any unprotected E-Mail communication over the Internet is, as with communication via any other medium (e.g. mobile phones, posted mail), not confidential, subject to possible interception or loss, and is also subject to possible alteration.
